1. FRUIT AND PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPE

Ingredients

> One cup of freshly squeezed orange juice with no sweetener

> One helping scoop protein powder

> Raw and unfiltered honey

> 2-4 all or one brand multiple vitamin and mineral powder

> 3-8 Fresh frozen strawberries, one banana or any fresh fruit

Method

2. BREAKFAST BISCUITS

Ingredients

> 1 cup unflavored protein

> A cup of rolled oats

> Half a cup honey

> 1 cup peanut butter

Method

Use a large bowl to combine contents of protein powder and oats once done place it aside. Heat honey to a light level and then mix it with vanilla extract and peanut butter in a blender. Stir in the raisins, carob or chocolate chips into the mixture and spread onto a wide pan.  3. CROCK POT CHICKEN SOUP

This delicacy can easily complement dinner well as it requires ample time preparing it. Its easy and simple to prepare as it only requires you to cut the ingredients and put them into a pot and leave the mixture for a couple of 4 to 8 hours depending on the amount of heat used in cooking. Soon afterwards the delicacy is ready to serve. It is good in  relieving cold or flu and as well keeping healthy.

Ingredients

> 1 kilogram chicken breast diced into small cubes

> 4 cups cubed potatoes

> ½ tablespoon pepper

> 1 cup celery sliced

> 6 ounces tomato paste

> 2 cans fat-free chicken broth

> 1 cup finely chopped onion

> 3 Tablespoons cornstarch

> 2 long sliced carrots

> ½ tablespoon of dried thyme and rubbed sage

> 1/4 cup cold water

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients expect the cornstarch and cold water. Mix them thoroughly and put them in a crock pot and let to cook for 4 hours on high heat or 8 hours on low heat. Just half an hour before serving mix the ¼ cup cold water with the cornstarch. Stir gently until the mixture is fine and smooth then serve with a desired escort.

 4. HEALTHY FRUIT SALAD

This is the easiest and nutritious fruit salad that can be prepared with ease in almost all households. It combines a few ingredients but the vanilla pudding stands out to be the best blended with these other ingredients to constitute a delicious and healthy fruit salad.

Ingredients

> Undrained peaches slices of about 29 ounces

> 20 ounce pineapple chunks and must be undrained too

> Dry vanilla instant pudding

> Stemmed and quartered strawberries about 1 pound

> 2 sliced bananas

> ½ pint blueberries

> A bunch of grapes

> 1.3 Tablespoons of sugar

Method

Combine the peaches, pineapples and vanilla pudding. Mix continuously and gently for a few minutes. Include the juices from the cans and mix well until the pudding is dissolved. Stir in strawberries, bananas, grapes and sugar which can be avoided and let the mixture settle before you can serve.

This is a simple but healthy fruit salad with many different fruit combinations. This can be desirably be served during a quick lunch meal.

 5. CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE

Corned Beef is a traditional Irish food that is usually liked and admired by many people and is often common during the St Patrick’s Day.

Ingredients

 > Corned beef.

> Potatoes

> Cabbage

> Tomatoes

> Pepper

Instructions

• Place the corned beef in a pot and add fill it with water to boil then reduce the fire levels to a simmer level and continue up to a minimum of 45 minutes or more until a point it softens.

• Add the potatoes and tomatoes; cook them until they become soft. Now add the finely cut cabbages into the mixture and cook for roughly 15 minutes. At this point you remove the meat and let the rest cook for an additional 15 minutes.

• Introduce the vegetables in a bowl, cover it and add a substantial amount of soup that was in the pot. Get the corned meat and chop it on the vegetables.

• You can add spices of your choice and it will be ready to be served.
