As a beginner, first of all, you’ve to create a suitable place where you can devote you to yoga practice daily. Choose a cool and peaceful place. The place should be wide enough because yoga can’t be done in a narrow space, anyway. Manage a beautiful yoga mat and all the needful yoga materials in the room or place.

So you’re new to yoga and I suppose you’re determined enough to carry on. As a newbie to yoga start with the mountain pose.

Stand tall, firm your shoulder like the mountain. Get your feet together, stay relaxed. Close your eyes; raise your pair of hands over the head. Now, take 10 slow breaths.

Do like a Dog (Inverted V): Tip#3

Do you know dogs do yoga? Don’t know right? Kidding, here you’re going to make downward dog pose that is a pretty sweet piece of yoga for beginners. First, be like a dog. Move your hands with shoulders forward and your legs backward. Hold your position pressing the palms on the mat. Now, lift your hips upward until you can make an inverted V. Hold the pose for 30 seconds.

Warrior Pose: Tip#4

Place your legs 3-4 feet apart from each other. Break your front leg into 90 degrees and left automatically takes its place. Lift your arms up and extend them from your front and back side. The palms should be down and arms should be straight. Stay 3 minutes in the position and change the pose afterwards.

Be a tree: Tip#5

Stand tall, feet together. Now, extend your arms toward the sky. Shift your load in one leg. That means you’ve to stand by one leg. Bring your left leg onto the right knee. Strongly balance the body, hold the position for 30 seconds.

Bridge pose: Tip#6

Add another great pose (Bridge Pose) into your yoga for beginner program. You’ve to lie down on the floor mat with your bending knees and heels. Put your arms aside and palms down. Take breath, press your feet while you’re lifting your hips upward. Concentrate on the neck and lower back. Hold the pose for a minute.

Be a Triangle: Tip#7

Make a distance about 3 feet between your legs. Move the right leg ahead and left one to the back. Hold your right leg knee using your right hand and extend the left one up towards the sky. Now stare at your left hand which is towards the sky. Concentrate on the waist and two arms. Hold the position for 30 seconds and alter the side right to left.
